Ecospheres.co.uk does not have access to your card details when making purchases via this website, these are passed directly from PayPal in an encrypted form to your bank or PayPal account over a secure link. Each time you enter your credit card information, the information is only used once for the purpose of that transaction.

We will ship your EcoSphere from Monday to Thursday and your order will be shipped in the following five days of your initial payment.
We are able to stop any shipping if the weather conditions cannot allow a safe trip for your ecosystem (mainly low temperatures). EcoSpheres Replacement Policy
Each EcoSphere comes with a Replacement Policy. Should all the shrimps die for any reason during the replacement period, Ecosphere Europe Ltd will replace the unit promptly.
The replacement policy period will start from the original issue date of your original EcoSphere. The Small Sphere and Small Pod have a 6 month Replacement Policy. All larger EcoSpheres have a 12-month Replacement Policy. This Policy requires the customer to pay all shipping charges.
EcoSphere Europe Ltd agrees to replace your EcoSphere any time within the policy period indicated on the handbook should fewer than one (1) shrimp remain alive. No other warranty, implied or otherwise, shall exist on the EcoSphere. No warranty exists where the glass is cracked or broken, or where the temperature or light limits have been exceeded (ie too much algae have grown).
The company will make replacement only upon receipt of the failed system. All returns can be shipped by regular ground mail, ground UPS, or Federal Express.
The following items must accompany your return:
- Name, weekday shipping address, and phone number
- Serial Number (found on bottom of EcoSphere)
Please indicate a date you would like to receive your replacement (business address preferred).

Sometimes there may be slight variations in colours in the photos provided due to customer's monitors & web browsers in use.
