We accept all major Credit / Debit cards with all payments being made via our secure server.
Ecospheres.co.uk does not have access to your card details when making purchases via this website; these are passed directly from PayPal in an encrypted form to your bank or PayPal account over a secure link. Each time you enter your credit card information, the information is only used once for the purpose of that transaction.
Payment must be received in full before your Ecosphere is despatched.

The website address when ordering begins with “https” rather than “http”. A picture of a locked padlock will appear in your browser.
We will ship your Ecosphere from Monday to Thursday and your order will be shipped during the five days following receipt of your initial payment.
In the event that weather conditions cannot allow a safe trip for your ecosystem (mainly low temperatures) we will temporarily suspend shipping.

Ecospheres Replacement Policy
Each regular priced Ecosphere comes with a Replacement Guarantee. Should all the shrimps die for any reason during the replacement period, Ecosphere UK will replace the unit promptly.
The replacement policy period will start from the original issue date of your original Ecosphere. The Small Sphere and Small Pod have a 3 month Replacement Guarantee. All larger Ecospheres have a 6-month Guarantee. This Guarantee requires the customer to pay all shipping charges.
Ecosphere UK agrees to replace your sphere any time within the policy period indicated on the handbook should less than one shrimp remain alive. No other warranty implied or otherwise, shall exist on the Ecosphere.
No warranty exists where the glass is cracked or broken (unless in transit on initial delivery), or where the temperature or light limits have been exceeded (i.e. too much algae has grown).
The company will provide a replacement only upon receipt of the failed system.
The following items must accompany your return:
- Name, weekday shipping address, and phone number
- Serial Number (found on bottom of sphere)
- Please indicate a date you would like to receive your replacement (business address preferred).
Details of sizes, dimensions and colours will be given on the relevant product information pages, as provided by our manufacturers. All our descriptions and photos are provided to assist our customers. Sometimes there may be slight variations in colours in the photos provided due to customers’ monitors and web browsers in use. We will always endeavour to ensure that our descriptions and photos are up to date and as accurate as possible.
All product prices, features and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Ecospheres.co.uk until payment is received in full.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Ecospheres we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason this is not the case please Contact Us on receipt of your order and we will act promptly to solve the problem. If for some reason a return is necessary, the customer shall return the product(s) in a timely manner in order to protect any living shrimp to Ecosphere UK at their own expense and either a replacement or refund will be issued after receipt of goods is complete.

Im addition to our wide range of standard size Ecospheres, we also offer larger sizes that are suitable for Exhibitions or Corporate Office Displays
